Maintenance Manager asked to give the forklift for service to check the AC and do the needful to repair it, but it was not done. Also, they could not remove the AC compressor, and this job made 2 machines stop. We were delayed in metal because of this, so I asked them to fix it back, take it back, complete the taping , and restart the machine. Tried to start the 7th machine in casting, but because the ladles are not holding the temperature, we cannot fill them 3 times. At the moment, we can fill them only 2 times. Forklifts are in bad condition. Every day, one forklift breaks down. They need to do a full service properly to avoid daily stoppages. I have spoken with all outsourced workers in the Foundry not to lift any wheels from the Rejection, HC, or FC areas. The operator will do this job. Today and the last 2 days ,It assigned to Sultan so he lifted the wheels for the full day.
